America owns da Olympics. Whhaaaaa??

That title was a shoutout to none other than Ashley Holt. But, really the U.S. is owning the Olympics. I have watched an unhealthy amount of television in the last two weeks and I'm proud of it.

The U.S. has led the medal count basically from day one. Here's the current count.

In other Olympic news, I was distraught to find out the other day that there is a group of people who hate the Olympics! They are called the Olympic Resistance Network and protested at the opening ceremonies. Well, according to their website, "The Olympics are not about the human spirit and have little to do with athletic excellence." Whaaaaa?!?! These kids must not be watching their daily dose of Olympics commercials. Here are a few of my favorites.
